Zambian Man Kills Wife, Four Others And Later Shoots Himself Dead

Reports in Zambia indicate that a 74 year old man, Jethro Makondo has killed his wife and three others after he locked and set ablaze the house the four were in.

Makondo later on shot three of his wife’s neighbours who wanted to rescue the four, killing one and leaving two others battling for their lives in Monze Mission Hospital.

More reports show the incident happened yesterday after Makondo failed to reconcile with his wife who had left the matrimonial home.

The wife came back with a chicken. She cooked nshima and eat with neighbors. She also saved the part of the chicken to her neighbors which her husband liked most.

This angered the husband who locked the door where the come together party was taking place and set the house ablaze and short his wife who was outside.

One neighbor who wanted to help was equally instantly short dead.

After realizing what he had done, Makondo also shot himself dead.
