Social Commentator Chisa Mbele says Chakwera behind Chizuma’s arrest

Well-known Social Commentator Joshua Chisa Mbele who is also member of the United Transformation Movement (UTM) has accused President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera of being behind the arrest of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Director General Martha Chizuma.
Chizuma was arrested by heavily armed officers in the wee hours of Tuesday over alleged leaked audio clip of her and unknown person earlier this year.
The law enforcers have since released on bail Chizuma after charging her with making use of speech capable of prejudicing a person against a party to judicial proceedings contrary to section 131(1) d of the penal code.
Writing on his official facebook page Chisa Mbele has accused Chakwera of being behind the arrest.
“We must put full blame on Chakwera. Period. He must have known and or participated in the full plot.
“We must mobilise Malawians to demand the resignation of Chakwera. We are tired of being tortured,” wrote Chisa Mbele.
Meanwhile, Parliament is currently in chaos of Chizuma’s arrest.
