Number of people who have been injured and killed by natural disaster is increasing on a daily basis.
According to spokesperson for the Department of Disaster Management (Dodma) Chipiliro Khamula said the number of the deceased has risen to 19 from 13 and those injured are now 55 from 29.
Khamulasaid that at least 27,504 people from 20 districts of the country have been affected.
Khamula said, the disasters have also destroyed other buildings like school blocks and health facilities.
He said Dodma has begun supporting the victims with some basic needs.
