Pope Francis appoints Father Yohane Suzgo Nyirenda as auxiliary Bishop of Mzuzu Diocese

Pope Francis has appointed Reverend Father Yohane Suzgo Nyirenda as auxiliary Bishop of Mzuzu Diocese.

Episcopal Conference of Malawi (ECM) General Secretary Very Reverend Father Alfred Chaima has confirmed of the development in a statement made available to faceofmalawi.

According to Chaima, the appointment of father Nyirenda is with effect from May 5, 2023.
