9 Arrested In Blantyre Following Fracas That Erupted At Sigelege-Chilomoni

Information reaching this publication indicates that police in Blkantyre have arrested nine in connection to fracas that happened yesterday at Sigelege-Chilomoni.
According to Peter Kalaya, National Police Spokesperson, the suspects have been arrested by community members after they went and attacked shops of suspected foreign nationals who are supposed to be at Dzaleka refuge camp.
Kalaya said that in the process the mob also torched two vehicles belonging to the suspects.
The suspects are expected to appear before court soon.
