Musician Dan Lu celebrates his “Imfa” song

Malawi Afro-pop music star Dan Lu has taken to social media to celebrate his “imfa” song which has made him K15 million in one week.

‘Part of Life’ hit maker released the ‘Imfa’ song on October 10, 2023 and the song attracted mixed reactions among Malawians with many criticizing some scenes in the song.

Despite the criticism, the artist has taken to social media to claim that he has pocked Mk15 million from the song.

“As we are talking this hit has given me more than 15 million Malawi kwacha now. Music is a serious business, it has transformed my life to another levels”, he said.

He said that in an interview with the publication, Dan Lu added that the song seeks to encourage people to always live well with others, knowing that one day everyone will be stuck by death which he said is unavailable.
