Man found dead at rest house in Mulanje

A man believed to in his late 40s  has been found dead at a rest house in Mulanje District.

Mulanje Police spokesperson Innocent Moses has confirmed of the development and identified the deceased as Ulemu Tchale .

According to Moses, the deceased booked a room at the lodge located near Limbuli trading center on Tuesday evening and the following day the room remained closed.

The development forced the workers at the resthouse to knock on the day of the room and after getting no response, they forcefully opened the room and found the person already dead.

The body of the deceased has been taken to Mulanje District Hospital for postmortem.
