Zambia govt withdraws Edgar Lungu’s retirement benefits

The government of Zambia has officially withdrawn the retirement benefits and privileges accorded to former President EDGAR LUNGU.
The development follows a decision by Lungu to return to active politics.
Information and Media Minister CORNELIUS MWEETWA announced the development at a press briefing in Kitwe yesterday.
The former President is yet to comment on the matter.
