President Joyce Banda could not take the sidelining by the South African governemnt as SADC chair to make a speech at Mandela’s funeral lying down, as such the President made sure that the world media captures her shaking hands with the newsmakers of the world.
So, the moment Obama passed her by, President Banda’s hands were readily extended to get a handshake, the same with David Cameron, and Joseph Kabila…
