A Malawian man identified as Chifuniro Mathews has been caught on camera demanding a certain man to give him money after mounting his own road block.
It being reported that the man who callls himself Soldier Mathews, hails from green village Mutu in Lilongwe.
The man mounted his road block after maintaining the road himself.
However, the man was filmed in the act and the video is going viral on social media and it has raised different reactions among netzens
Some people are supporting the man for maintain the road and there is no any mistake to correct money from road users while others are blaming him for correcting money from user saying he is not supposed to mount his own toll gate and he must face the law for the act.
