2 Men Get Their 21 Year- Jail Term for Defiling Young Girls in Blantyre

Court in Blantyre has convicted and sentenced two men for committing similar offence of allegedly filing minors.
Ebelle Mangani (34) who hails from Soche in the city, has been sentenced to 21 years in prison for having sex with 3 year-old girl.
It is reported that Ebelle is an ex-convict who committed the similar offence in 2017 but apparently did not learn his lesson.
The man who worked as brickmakers in Manje, Soche will now spend his 37 years behind bars together with James Chinomba (38),from Ntopwa in Bangwe.
Chinomba has also gained his 21 year-jail term for defiling a7 year-old girl on 1st Jnuary 2025.
It is reported that Chinomba took advantage of the New Year celebrations to lure the minor with snacks (Jiggies) before assaulting her.
Tragically, after Chinomba get satisfied, the young girl fell asleep at the crime scene and she was latter foound by her relatives, who had been searching for her after she went missing. Both men will now spend the next two decades behind bars, a warning to others that such crimes will not go unpunished.
