Malawi’s top human rights watchdog, the Malawi Human Rights Commission ( MHRC) has penned the Malawi Police to investigate all cases relating to electoral harassment and violence.
According to the statement that the body has written and signed by its chairperson, Madam Chikondi Chijozi, the body has condemned political violence, cyberbullying, female harassment that are happening in the country ahead of September polls.
It has also faulted parliament for not taking action against those who vandalized the cars for MPs Grace Kwelepeta and Lonnie Chijere Chirwa during the Budget Session.
