TA Mpama-Appointee Cliff Binali Dies Before Official Installation

Death has been announced of Mr. Cliff Binali, who was recently appointed as Traditional Authority (TA) Mpama in Chiradzulu District.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Local Government, Unity and Culture, Mr. Binali passed away on Monday, 30th June 2025, at Chiradzulu District Hospital, where he was receiving treatment.
Mr. Binali was appointed to the position of TA Mpama by President Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera, with effect from 17th May 2025. Unfortunately, he passed away before his official installation ceremony could be held.
He will be laid to rest today, Tuesday, 1st July 2025, at Mbulumbuzi Headquarters in Chiradzulu District.
