Lilongwe High Court to Rule on Lester Maganga Murder Case

The High Court in Lilongwe is today expected to deliver its judgment on whether Lester Maganga should stand trial in connection with the 2023 murder of Allan Witika, a Coca-Cola employee.
Witika was found murdered in his car in Area 15, Lilongwe. Maganga, identified as a suspect in the case, has denied the charges, claiming he was out of the country at the time of the killing.
The government, however, has presented its witnesses in court as it seeks to prosecute those responsible for Witika’s death.
