An Arkansas doctor has had his medical license revoked after being caught on camera engaging in sexual misconduct at his clinic.
Dr. David Diffine was recorded walking naked through patient areas during work hours, wearing only a baseball cap.
The Arkansas State Medical Board voted to revoke his license for five years after interviewing employees who confirmed multiple incidents.
Footage showed Diffine performing a sex act in front of female staff, with one employee reporting he ejaculated on her.
His license was initially suspended in 2024 when the board first became aware of the behavior.
An anonymous tip alleged Diffine used his authority and salary incentives to groom employees and patients into sexual acts.
A medical expert warned that Diffine may suffer from a compulsive sexual disorder that poses a risk to patient safety.
Despite the evidence, Diffine denied knowledge of the incidents, claiming he had no idea what investigators were referring to.
The board ruled his conduct violated the Medical Practices Act and breached professional boundaries.
