Man Arrested in Balaka for Possessing Indian Hemp Without Perimit

Police at Phalula in Balaka District, have arrested a 29-year-old man for being found in possession of Indian hemp without a permit.
Balaka Police spokesperson, Gladson M’bumpha, confirmed the development and identified the suspect as Simeon Chigwenembe.
According to M’bumpha, Chigwenembe was arrested on Wednesday, September 10, by Phalula Police officers.
He is expected to appear in court soon to answer charges of illegal possession of Indian hemp.
