Cardi B Expecting Fourth Child With NFL Star Stefon Diggs

American rapper Cardi B has announced that she is expecting her fourth child, her first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs, wide receiver for the New England Patriots.
In an exclusive interview with CBS, the Grammy-winning artist said she feels “excited” and “happy” as she prepares to welcome the baby, who is due just before her first arena tour kicks off in February 2026.
This will be Cardi B’s first child with Diggs. The rapper, who has not officially finalized her divorce from fellow rapper Offset, addressed the news candidly on live television, urging fans to support her forthcoming project.
“Now y’all could buy my album so I can buy Pampers and diapers and all that type of stuff. I told you. Now go support my album, ’cause I’m a mother of four now,” she said.
Cardi B confirmed her long-awaited sophomore album, titled “Am I the Drama?, will be released tomorrow, September 19, 2025.
“I feel like it touched every little thing that I want to touch. And I just feel like it’s something that is not out there right now,” she explained. She added that she delayed announcing her pregnancy until she was able to “close some deals first.”
The rapper admitted she has not yet told her parents about the pregnancy, joking that she is “scared of them.”
With her new album dropping and a new baby on the way, Cardi B says she feels her next chapter is “complete” and is ready to take her music and family life to the next level.
