The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Nigerian national Olumide Adebiyi Adediran, who has been on the run for nearly two decades.

Adediran, also known by multiple aliases including Kevin Olumide Adediran, Kevin Deumiof Adediran, Olumide Adkins, and Ademola O. Adebiyi, is described as a Black male, born on October 11, 1968, with black hair, brown eyes, height of 5’11”, and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He is known to have ties to South Florida.

HE fled the United States in 2001 ahead of his trial on charges of bank fraud, identity fraud, and credit card fraud, and has remained a fugitive ever since.

The renewed manhunt is part of a broader effort by U.S. authorities to crack down on Nigerian-linked cybercrime networks. In recent months, the FBI has intensified operations targeting international fraudsters.

Earlier this year, UK authorities assisted in apprehending Nigerian fraudster Ajibola Oduntan, accused of multimillion-naira ticket scams. In June 2023, four other Nigerians were extradited to the U.S. to face charges of wire fraud and identity theft.

The FBI is urging anyone with information about Adediran’s whereabouts to contact their local authorities or submit tips through the bureau’s official channels.
