Federal prosecutors are urging a judge to hand down a lengthy prison sentence to Sean “Diddy” Combs, asking for more than 11 years behind bars following his conviction on prostitution-related charges.

According to a new court filing obtained by TMZ, prosecutors are recommending “at least 135 months’ imprisonment”  equal to 11 years and three months  along with a $500,000 fine. Judge Arun Subramanian is expected to deliver Diddy’s sentence this Friday in New York City.

The hip-hop mogul faces a maximum of 20 years in prison after being found guilty on two counts of transporting male prostitutes across state lines, where they engaged in so-called “freak-offs”  a central focus of the trial.

Prosecutors argue that Diddy’s crimes are “serious,” pointing out that similar cases have resulted in more than 10-year sentences, particularly where defendants used violence and instilled fear. They stressed that Diddy remains “unrepentant,” accusing him of trying to shift blame onto his victims.

“There is nothing mutual about a relationship where one person holds all the power and the other ends up bloodied and bruised,” prosecutors wrote, emphasizing the “substantial psychological, emotional, and physical damage” caused.

Diddy was acquitted of racketeering and sex trafficking charges, which could have carried a life sentence.
