MBC Boss George Kasakula Apologizes to Mutharika and DPP

Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) Director General, George Kasakula, has issued a public apology to former President Peter Mutharika, his wife Gertrude Mutharika, and the entire Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) family.
Kasakula said the apology stems from remarks he made on MBC platforms during the campaign period on September 16.
In a televised statement, he asked the Mutharikas and the DPP for forgiveness, stressing that his apology is heartfelt and made in good faith.
