On Tuesday Blantyre Magistrate court released on bail People’s Party, (PP) youth Director Lemani Chapitapansi for allegedly being in forefront over the assault of Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Leader personal assistant, Ben Phiri.
Chapitapansi appeared in court on Tuesday where he denied all the allegations shielded against him.
Principal Magistrate Innocent Nedi granted Chapitapansi bail as the state could not disagree with the application.
Chapitapansi has been ordered to be reporting to Blantyre Police once in a week, surrender his traveling document with a bail bond of K50,000 in cash and one surety of K150,000 non cash as his bail bond.
