FCB Nyasa Big Bullets have confirmed that Fischer Kondowe has left his position as Second Assistant Coach by mutual agreement.

Kondowe, who joined The People’s Team more than two decades ago, has been a key figure for the club both as a player and later as part of the technical panel.

He began his football journey with Bullets Youth in 1996 before earning promotion to the senior team in 1998. After a spell abroad, Kondowe returned to the club in 2012, where he became a fan favourite and a respected leader on and off the pitch.

Following his retirement from professional football in 2022, Kondowe was appointed as a Fitness Trainer under then-head coach Kalisto Pasuwa. Earlier this year, he was promoted to Second Assistant Coach by current head coach Peter Mponda.

In a statement, the club expressed its appreciation for Kondowe’s contribution, describing him as one of the most dedicated and influential figures in Bullets’ modern history.

“The Club extends its sincere gratitude to Fischer for his dedication and service to FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and wishes him every success in his future endeavours,” reads part of the statement.
