Former Dedza East MP Amadeus Monjeza-Maluza to be Laid to Rest Today

The late former Minister of Homeland Security and former Member of Parliament for Dedza East Constituency, Amadeus Monjeza-Maluza, will be laid to rest today at Ntakataka in Dedza District.
Monjeza-Maluza, who served as Member of Parliament for Dedza East from 1990 to 2004, passed away on 5 January 2026 at the age of 89. He was born on 4 July 1936.
Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Shadric Namalomba, is expected to represent President Peter Mutharika at the funeral ceremony.
