SAD -16-Year-Old Beautiful Girl Is Found Dead In South Africa (See Photos)

A 21-year-old man has been arrested after he turned himself in to the police in connection with the murder of 16-year-old Linomtha Skeyi.
Her body was discovered on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025, in an open field behind the Department of Social Development premises in Joza, Makhanda, Eastern Cape.
Skeyi had been reported missing the previous day, Christmas Eve, and a search operation was launched to locate her.
The suspect voluntarily reported to Joza SAPS on Friday, January 9, 2026, and was arrested. Police have not yet determined the motive behind her killing, which remains under investigation.
The man is scheduled to appear in the Makhanda Magistrate’s Court on Monday, January 12, 2026. Authorities continue to probe the circumstances surrounding the teenager’s death.
