‘Lip King’ Jordan Parke Dies After Alleged Cosmetic Procedure in UK

Jordan James Parke, a British influencer widely known as the “Lip King”, has died in the United Kingdom after reportedly undergoing a cosmetic procedure.

Lip King, 34, was pronounced dead on Wednesday after emergency services responded to reports of an unconscious man at Lincoln Plaza in Canary Wharf, east London. The Metropolitan Police said officers were called by the London Ambulance Service at 12:38 GMT.

Police say his death is currently being treated as “unexplained” as investigations continue. Authorities are reviewing information suggesting Parke may have been undergoing a cosmetic procedure prior to his death. A post-mortem examination is expected to determine the exact cause.

On Friday, a 43-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter. Both have since been released on bail pending further investigations.

Parke, who reportedly spent about £130,000 on cosmetic surgeries to alter his appearance, had appeared on television shows discussing his procedures and built a reputation as a cosmetic influencer. He was also known for performing cosmetic procedures on others.

His death comes amid previous controversy. In October 2024, a BBC investigation reported that Lip King had been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter following the death of Alice Webb from Gloucestershire after a non-surgical Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure. He was not formally charged in that case. Investigations also alleged he had been illegally selling prescription-only weight-loss injections online.

The latest development has once again raised concerns in the UK over the safety and regulation of cosmetic procedures, particularly those conducted outside licensed medical settings.

Police say inquiries remain ongoing as they work to establish the full circumstances surrounding his death.
