Fire Disrupts Business at Ndakwera Market in Chikwawa

Information reaching this publication indicates that business activities have been disrupted at Ndakwera Market in Chikwawa District after a wildfire gutted part of the market.

A witness, Gift Lamba, said the fire destroyed shacks belonging to barbers, video show rooms, and small shops.

Lamba added that well-wishers managed to put out the blaze, although some traders lost goods in the fire.

The cause of the fire has not yet been established.
