Police Classify Death of Blantyre Doctor as Murder

Police in Blantyre have classified the death of 28-year-old medical doctor Dr. Atughanile Chomo as murder.
Dr. Chomo, who recently joined Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital, was found dead at her residence in the Mount Pleasant area of Blantyre.
Southern Region Police spokesperson Beatrice Mikuwa confirmed that investigators are treating the case as murder.
Mikuwa said police will provide more information as investigations progress.
