Zambian Baddie Gezile Under Investigation Over Alleged Viral S3x Tape

Police in Zambia have launched investigations into social media influencer Gezile Smith Mwale over allegations that she produced and circulated obscene material involving herself and several other women.
The development comes as another Zambian social media influencer, Mwaka Halwindi, is currently appearing before court in a separate case involving similar allegations related to the production and circulation of obscene material.
Police have not yet disclosed further details regarding the allegations against Mwale or indicated whether she has been formally charged.
Meanwhile, in a related development, Gezile’s Malawian friend, Rianah Brown, has issued a public apology after a private intimate video involving her and a man she identified as her former partner was leaked and circulated online.
Brown said the video was recorded without her knowledge or consent and was later released publicly.
She has since urged the public to respond with compassion and respect her privacy, while appealing to people not to share the video further.
The two developments have sparked renewed conversations across the region about online content, privacy, consent and the legal consequences of producing or distributing obscene material.
