ULADI CLING TO PP

Former ruling People’s Party (PP) Vice President for the Central region Uladi Mussa has disclosed that he will not abandon the party despite performing poorly on the May 20 tripartite election.

Uladi also known as ‘Change-goal’ is one among political prostitutes in the country who have moved from party to party.

Mussa started his political career in United Democratic Front (UDF) during the rain of Former President Dr. Bakili Muluzi then he ditched the party and joined Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) where he was crowned the Party’s Vice President.

Two years later he also ditched the party and formed his own Party called Maravi People’s Party (MPP) which disbanded when he joined PP.

Speaking in an interview with one of the daily papers in the country Mussa said he has no any intention of dumping pp.

“I am vice president of PP and will be there to help lead it into rebuilding exercise.
“I won’t quit. It is not necessary,” said Mussa.

He further said  as PP vice president, he will provide leadership to its 26 members of parliament to ensure they remain united and not be swayed by the ruling party to join it as some MPs from other parties and independents may switch sides and join DPP, which got 50 MPs in the May 20 Tripartite Elections.
