MANEB URGES CANDIDATES, PARENTS TO TAKE A LEADING ROLE IN CURBING CHEATING DURING EXAMS

Malawi National Examination Board (MANEB) has called upon Parents and Candidate to take a leading role in ensuring that cheating practices during national examinations is curbed in the country.

MANEB spokesperson Simeon Maganga made the appeal in an interview with Face of Malawi.

Maganga also disclosed that Preparations for Junior Certificate Examinations (JCE) which are scheduled to start next week are over.
“We are very ready to administer this year’s Junior Certificate of Education (JCE) examination scheduled for June 17-27. All necessary preparations are over and we foresee a smooth administration of this exam,” he said.

The Malawi National Examination Board is the sole body mandated to administer PSLC, JCE and MSCE examinations in the country.
