BREAKING NEWS: COURT STOPS FAM ELECTIONS SCHEDULED FOR TODAY

The High Court has issued an injunction stopping the presidential election of the Football Association of Malawi(FAM) which was expected to take place today in Mangochi.
The injunction has been issued by Justice Kenyatta Nyirenda of the High Court in Blantyre following an application by two of the contestants – Wilkins Mijinga and Willy Yabwanya, and Tiya Somba Banda, who is contesting for the vice presidency. They claimed some rules were flauted.
