Zambia Police to arrest women in miniskirts

As from 1 April 2017, the Zambian police has made it “criminal” to be seen in public wearing certain kinds of attire.

The Zambia police says will start arresting people found wearing miniskirts, sagging trousers, skinny jeans, leggings, ripped jeans, and lace attire.

Police spokesperson Esther Katongo says the ban on such dressing is effective 1, April 2017.
