Teenage boy is reported dead while his colleague is battling for his life at Dedza District Hospital following an accident involving a Toyota Hilux and an ox-cart.
The accident happened at Dedza junction just after mount view lodge.
It is said that the vehicle hit an ox-cart loaded with wood products, killing the boy in the process while the other boy sustained serious injuries.
Effort to talk to the police on the matter proved futile.
Meanwhile the survivor has been rushed to Dedza District Hospital, according to an eyewitness.
