Unemployed teachers hold demos in Mzuzu

Some unemployed teachers that were holding demonstrations in Mzuzu have presented a petition at the City Council demanding government to employ them. According to the Chairperson for the northern region IPTE 13 cohort Hadson Soko, with the Covid-19 pandemic, they want to assist with the decongestion of learners as the teacher- pupil ratio is still high.
