An Ethiopian man accused of raping a 7-year-old girl in Diepsloot, Gauteng in South Africa has today appeared in court.

It was revealed that he has an asylum visa that expired on 9th March 2022.

The bail application has been postponed after an intense debate as the state opposed bail due to the expired visa.

The matter has been postponed to 15th September 2024 for further proceedings

A Zambian self-proclaimed Prophet identified as Grey Muchindu,36, based at Mawaya Pilgrim Church in Kalomo, has been arrested for allegedly defiling a nine year-old girl.

The incident which is said to have occurred on April 1, 2024, around 14:00 hours was reported to Kalomo Police Station by mother to the victim around 17:48 hours.

During the Sunday Service on March 31, 2024, the suspect prophesied that he saw a strong demon in the victim and that it could only be casted out if he prayed overnight for her at his house.

Southern Province Commissioner of Police, Auxensio Daka, has confirmed that arrest and said that the suspect is married, the victim’s mother agreed and handed over her daughter to him.

Daka says on April 1, the suspect took the victim and another 15-year-old girl to a hill for prayers and when they were at the location, the latter was told to stop walking and wait for them from there.

He states that the suspect proceeded with the victim to the next hill where he defiled her, with the other girl saying she heard her colleague crying and observed dust and grass on her back the time she came back.

Daka said that the Prophet remained at the hills whilst the two children went to a CCPU Member who later apprehended the suspect and brought him to the Police Station.

A 20-year-old mental patient from Chibolya B Compound in Itezhi-Tezhi District has been allegedly defiled by a man only identified as Collins, believed to be aged between 45 and 55.

Southern Province Commissioner of Police Auxensio Daka, has confirmed the development and said the incident occurred on 25th March, 2024, and reported the next day by mother to the victim.

Daka explains that on the fateful day around 19:00 hours, it was discovered that the victim was missing from home.

He says relatives searched for her but she could not be found and she only came back home the following morning around 06:00 hours.

Daka states that when put to task by the mother, the victim revealed that she spent the night with Collins on the same bed.

He says the suspect has fled his home and police have launched manhunt to arrest him.

Police in Lusaka Zanbia have arrested a 60-year-old man of Chainda compound for suspecting him allegedly defiled his 11 year-old granddaughter.

Police investigations revealed that the suspect has been having carnal knowledge of the Grade five pupil at different occasions between unknown dates in 2023 and March 23, 2024 around 11:00 hours when he was caught in the act by a concerned neighbor.

Police Deputy Spokesperson Danny Mwale says it was further revealed that the abuse used to happen before the girl goes to school.

Mr. Mwale says it is alleged that the mother and other family members left the home early leaving the daughter with her grandfather alone at home.

He says the victim has been issued with a medical report form while the suspect is in Police custody.

Meanwhile, a 13-year-old girl was defiled by a 59-year-old man in Chirundu District.

The incident occurred on March 26, 2024 around 06:30 hours at Chiwena village in Chirundu District.

Police investigations revealed that the victim was ambushed on her way to the garden near the Kafue River.

Mr. Mwale says they were found in the act by the victim’s mother who immediately alerted members of the community.

The man is fighting for his life at a local hospital after he was drugged and r@ped before being dumped by the s3x-hungry women.

A 27-year-old man has been left unconscious and battling for his life at a hospital after he was raped by two(2) women.

The victim is said to be on admission at a Provincial Hospital in Harare while police continue to search for the perpetrators of the crime. The news outlet reported police as having confirmed the incident saying it happened at a shopping centre.

“The complainant left home at night to pick up his wife who was at her aunt’s place in the same suburb. The complainant went to Mukwena Shopping Centre Bus Stop where he boarded a white Mazda Verisa which had three occupants; two women sitting in front and a male who was at the back seat,” a police source is quoted as having said.

A lady who goes by the name, Janet has taken to social media to share her troubles after being served with divorced papers few days after they were robbed.

According to Janet, she was issued divorce papers by her husband because she got rap_ed by armed robbers.

Narrating the story, she disclosed that she was a virg_in before she got married to her husband and has never cheated on him, so she didn’t even know how se_x with another man feels until the day the ordeal took place.

She added that her husband’s grievance is based on the fact that as she was being rap_ed by the hoodlums, instead of her displaying agony and unease during the process, rather she moaned in utmost pleasure and even encouraged the armed robber to carry on until she reached climax.

“It happened when we travelled to my husband’s village during the Easter period. At about 1 am in the night, our house was raided by armed robbers a gang of 7 members.

“It was a very terrifying experience, after collecting all the valuables at home, the leader turned to rap_e me. The leader tied my husband to a chair, tore my clothe, and went on to show me his manhood that he will use it on me.

“I was frightened, I begged him and cried but he wouldn’t listen. It was a rap_e that cost me my marriage. As the guy was entering me, I was supposed to feel pain but that wasn’t so. I felt a kind of electrifying sensation that I’ve never felt in my whole life. I screamed ‘oh my God, I didn’t know when I held him hard and begged him not to stop. To the amazement of others, I was enjoying being raped by a criminal.

“I was told I was screaming very hard when I wanted to cu_m. Yes, I had my first 0rgasm through rape & since then my life hasn’t been the same. The robber took me two rounds which I came both times. I don’t know what happened if it was my village people that pursued me, but all I can say is that I haven’t had such with my husband. My husband gave me the beatings of my life after the robbers left.

He called me unprintable names, a pr0stitute and said he can’t stay married to me. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks as a result of that incident and his beatings.

“My husband left me at the hospital and travelled back to our home. I was damaged. How could such a thing happen to me?”

“How could I even enjoy such an act of cruelty on my body? These were the questions I kept asking myself. When I got discharged I met divorce papers waiting for me to sign. I tried begging my husband, involved my parents but he swore not to let go.”

Kids saw a man poking a pig and ran to tell the owner. But when the owner told the man to stop he refused and carried on without missing a beat.

A young man who is 20-years-old raped his boss’s wife and two other women after scaring them with a knife.

At knifepoint, a robbery suspect who is 20 years old raped three women in Katsina, including the wife of his master.

Jume Bello, the 20-year-old young man, was arrested by the Katsina State Police Command for allegedly robbing and raping three women at knifepoint in the Musawa Local Government Area of the state.

At the point of a knife, a 20-year-old man raped his boss’s wife and two other women in Katsina.

In a statement released on Thursday, a spokesperson for the command said that the robbery suspect had admitted to raping all three women, including his master’s wife.

He said that Bello went into the homes of the victims more than once, sexually assaulted them, and stole their valuables.

He said, “On May 31, 2022, at about 9:00 a.m., three (3) women from Jikamshi village, Musawa LGA, went to the Musawa Division to say that at different times, a 20-year-old man named Jume Bello, who lived at the same address, broke into their homes, attacked them with a knife, stole their money and phones, and forced himself into their beds.”

“During the investigation, the suspect was taken into custody and admitted to having done the crime. “The investigation is still going on,” he said.

In an interview with reporters, the suspect said that he had stolen from and raped the water seller’s wife, who was his master.

“I took some of her money and the money of the other women as well. I scared them with a knife. He said, “I took one of them out to the backyard and had sex with her while I slept with the other two on their wedding bed.”

However, Amponsah dragged the SHS girl inside his room, pushed her onto the bed, and forcibly made l0ve to her, after which he līcked her.

While līcking her prīvate part, the excavator operator bit the girl’s clitoris. She bled profusely.

Amponsah’s mother showed up and provided water for the victim to clean herself.

Police then arrested Amponsah, who admitted to using his fingers, penīs and mouth to abuse the young girl.

A homeless high-level registered male sex offender in New York City who was released from state prison as recently as 2020 has been arrested after state prosecutors say he kidnapped a prostitute and raped her repeatedly while holding her hostage for five days in an abandoned building.

Timothy Harnett, a 44-year-old homeless man who goes by the nickname “Lawless,” was indicted by New York prosecutors for allegedly kidnapping a 28-year-old woman and raping her several times a day between April 29 and May 2 in an abandoned three-story building, Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark announced.

“The defendant allegedly held a 28-year-old woman captive for days, raping and beating her with a tire iron. The victim managed to escape with the help of a passerby,” Clark said in a statement. “The defendant has been indicted on multiple charges for terrorizing this woman.”

Prosecutors say the man offered the woman money in exchange for sex and the two went upstairs in the building that had been damaged by a fire.

But when the victim turned her back, the homeless man allegedly hit her on the leg with a tire iron, causing her to fall to the floor. Harnett allegedly continued to beat her with the tire iron and punched her, leaving her with a fractured wrist and dislocated knee.

While holding the prostitute captive and allegedly raping her several times a day, Harnett is accused of also threatening the woman’s family if she tried to escape.

But she escaped on May 2 when the man left the building to go to a nearby laundromat.

Prosecutors say the woman used the tire iron to break a window and used the shards of glass to cut through the rope used to tie her feet.

The victim then waved down a passerby, who dialed 911 and flagged down a New York Police Department patrol car. The woman was taken to the hospital to be treated for her injuries.

A grand jury was convened Monday, May 23 and police arrested Harnett in a different abandoned building in Harlem. According to the New York DailyNews, Harnett preyed on the victim’s vulnerability, as the woman used money from prostitution to fuel her drug addiction.

The newspaper also revealed that Harnett is a level 3 registered sex offender, which is the highest level in New York state. He has been convicted of sodomy by a Bronx jury and sentenced to 18 years in state prison in the past.

He also threatened a 15-year-old girl with a razor on May 14, 1999, forcing her into a hotel and holding her captive for several hours while he sexually assaulted her.

Records show he was released from prison in December 2020 and finished parole in September 2021.

On Monday, he was indicted on three counts of first-degree kidnapping, second-degree kidnapping, first-degree rape, third-degree rape, four counts of first-degree criminal sexual act, four counts of third-degree criminal sexual act, first-degree sexual abuse, attempted sex trafficking, attempted sexual assault in the first degree, and second-degree assault before Bronx Supreme Court Justice Raymond Bruce.

Imran Ahmad Khan, British politician, has been sentenced to 18 months in prison for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy.

Following his conviction last month, the former Conservative MP was expelled from the Conservative Party and resigned, triggering a by-election in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

The jury heard how he forced the then-teenager to drink gin and tonic and watch pornography before the January 2008 attack at a house in Staffordshire following a party.

The victim, now 29, said he was’scared, vulnerable, numb, shocked, and surprised’ when Khan, then 34, touched his feet and legs, coming within a ‘hair’s breadth’ of his privates as he went to sleep in a top-bunk bed.

Mr Justice Baker sentenced Khan to 18 months in prison today at Southwark Crown Court after he denied sexual assault.

The judge stated that he had shown no remorse, adding, ‘The only regret you feel is towards yourself for having found yourself in the situation you find yourself in as a result of your actions some 14 years ago.’

Mr. Justice Baker stated that he had shown a “significant degree of brutality” in the lead-up to the assault, in which he dragged his victim upstairs and threw him on a bed.

‘I am satisfied that the complainant was particularly vulnerable, because he was not only 15 years old at the time of the offence, but I accept his mother’s description of him as not very worldly and very young for his age,’ he said.

‘Although you may have convinced yourself over the years that you had gotten away with committing this crime, I am sure you were aware from the start that there would be a day of reckoning.’

Khan has stated that he will appeal his conviction, and his lawyer, Gudrun Young QC, stated today, ‘Mr Khan denies this offence and maintains today that he is not guilty of it.’

In court, his victim stated that he had “suicidal thoughts” and had difficulties in his relationship and at work.

‘Because of this assault, I found being touched in any way difficult throughout my teenage years,’ he explained.

‘My mental health has rapidly deteriorated since deciding to come forward and having to constantly relive an event I tried to bury for so long,’ he continued.

‘I’ve struggled with the guilt of dragging my family back into a horrible ordeal they’d rather forget, as well as watching them struggle with their own guilt for allowing that man into the house.’

The victim was ‘inconsolable’ when he ran to his parents after the attack, according to the court.

At the time, a police report was filed, but no further action was taken because the boy refused to file a formal complaint.

However, when he learned Khan would be running in the general election in December 2019, he told jurors that “it all came flooding back.”

When he made the allegation to the Tory press office days before Khan won the Wakefield seat, he said he was not ‘taken very seriously,’ and he went to police after Khan helped Prime Minister Boris Johnson win a large Commons majority.

Khan, who is gay and Muslim, claimed he only touched the Catholic adolescent’s elbow after a conversation about his confused sexuality.

He claimed he was trying to be ‘kind’ and ‘helpful,’ but when the subject of pornography was brought up, the boy became upset and ‘bolted.’

After about five hours of deliberation, a jury found Khan guilty of a single count of sexual assault.

The boyfriend, who police named as Delmer Orlando Ortiz Licona, was arrested earlier this week, according to authorities in Texas.

He faces charges of aggravate sexual assault of a child.

The child’s mother reported the alleged incident to police in a 911 call at around 1am on August 8, 2021.

According to the police report, she told the 911 operator that she needed an officer sent to her home.

She could then be heard shouting:

“What are you doing to her?”

She then said:

“I just found my man… whoever lives with me, naked in the bed with my daughter. Please hurry, he’s running away, please hurry.”

When asked if Licona was her boyfriend, she replied:

“He’s supposed to be, but you hurry up or I’m going to kill him. I’m going to f**king kill him.”

She reportedly continued begging police to hurry before she could be heard instructing a child into a car

“Yes, I got home just on time,” she replied when asked if the child was OK.

Then, the operator heard someone get hit before a young girl started crying.

The woman said:

“Please get an ambulance. “Yes, he jumped right in front of my car, he jumped right in front of my car, sir.”

The police report states that the call then ended and the emergency operator couldn’t get back through to the woman despite trying multiple times.

According to local media, investigators weren’t assigned to the case until March this year.

KAMC reported that police managed to contact Licona by phone in April and that he told them he was innocent.

He failed to show up for scheduled meetings with police.

An arrest warrant was issued on Tuesday, May 3, and he was subsequently booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center.

NIGERIA – Spokesperson of the command, ASP Abutu Sunday, ha confirmed the arrest of four men for rape and cyber stalking of a 28-year-old woman.

Details of the incident are that the victim was invited to a hotel in Ado-Ekiti, by her boyfriend where she met him smoking weeds and drinking alcohol with his four friends on Wednesday April 27.

According to the victim, she was offered a bottle of drink suspected to have been spiked and lost consciousness after taking it.

Upon regaining consciousness, she discovered that one of the suspects was raping her while others including her boyfriend were filming the act and making fun of her.

The victim begged the suspects to delete the video but instead they posted it on TikTok.

She reported the case to the police who swung into action and arrested the four suspects while effort is ongoing to arrest her boyfriend identified simply as Victor.

All are susects are in custody and will appear in court soon.

Police in Zambia have arrested a 25 year old man for allegedly defiling three minors aged 5, 7 and 8 at Lumwana in Kalumbila District.

According to reports, the man who is only identified as Mumba committed the offense on Tuesday, April 12, 2022.

Reports has it that the mother of the children Esther Muzaza, aged 24, left Mumba to look after the children as she went to the field.

Mumba a cousin to Muzaza took advantage of the minors and raped them, two are Muzaza’s children and the other one is her younger sister.

When Muzaza came back from the field she noticed that the girls had been defiled when she was bathing her younger sister and saw blood coming out of the minor’s private parts.

She reported the matter to the police where three dockets of defilement cases have been opened and that Mumba has been arrested.

A 38-year-old self-proclaimed prophet targeted and went after the same minor victim following his release on bail.

Phillip Nyangenga, who calls himself Madzibaba Phillip, of Epworth, was convicted of raping the 15-year-old girl last year. Shortly after his conviction, he applied for bail pending an appeal against both conviction and sentence.

Surprisingly, barely a month into his sentence, Madzibaba Phillip was released on bail pending the appeal.

Following his release in June, Madzibaba Phillip went back to his victim and claimed he had supernatural powers. He used his early release from prison as evidence of his supernatural powers and said the 15-year-old should become his wife.

The minor gave in, and the two started staying together as husband and wife. Madzibaba Phillip promised her grandmother, the minor’s legal guardian, that he would marry her as soon as she turned 18.

However, a few months into the illegal marriage, Madzibaba Phillip started bringing other women home and bedding them in front of his minor wife.

Narrating her ordeal to H-Metro, the minor said,

“We were shocked to see Madzibaba Phillip walking free a few months after attending court, where he was sentenced to 15 years, if I’m not mistaken,” said the victim.

“He came and told me and my grandmother that the case had failed to see him serve the full sentence because he has spiritual powers.

“He invited me to his house where he caressed me and we ended up living together.

“What irked me was that he would invite other women into the one-roomed house and bed them in the name of cleansing them.

“It affected my affection for him and I decided to run away from him, leaving my belongings in his house.”

Madzibaba Phillip readily confessed to targeting and luring the minor. He, however, disputed the sentence he was given for raping her.

“I was sentenced to 10 months, and they deducted four months, I then appealed against conviction and sentence.

“I am still waiting for a court date zvekutoti kutaura kudai ndichitori musungwa.

“I was released from prison in June last year.

“Ndakazomuvhevhetedza ndikagara naye semudzimai wangu asi ndanga ndakatarisira kuzoroora akura.

He argued that he started bringing other women home because he had learned that the minor was cheating on him.
