TEENAGE GIRL RAPED AND MURDERED IN MZIMBA

Unknown thugs have raped and killed a 10 year old girl in the Northern District of Mzimba.

Mzimba Police Spokesperson Gabriel Chiona confirmed of the development in an interview with Zodiak online publication, saying the incident happened on Wednesday.

According to Chiona, the girl went missing on July 15 just after leaving for school and the matter was reported to Police the same.

He said a search by villagers on the same day yielded to nothing, but the girl was found dead the next day.

According to Chiona, Postmortem results revealed that girl was raped before being killed.

Meanwhile Police have launched a manhunt for the suspected criminals.
