DATE FOR CANCELLED 2015 MIJ GRADUATION ANNOUNCED

One of the leading media training colleges in the country, Malawi Institute of Journalism (MIJ) has announced new date for the cancelled 2015 graduation.

Last year, the graduation was postponed twice for unknown reasons and the decision received criticism from the graduating students.

The graduation was earlier scheduled for November 27, 2015 at Comesa Hall in the commercial capital Blantyre and the date was later shifted to December 4.

According to the statement made available to FaceofMalawi, the graduation will now be held on April 29 2016.

While not disclosing the venue of the graduation, the management has advised graduating students to check their names in at all MIJ centers.

“All graduating students should check your names at all the MIJ centers,” reads the statement in part.
