Ukraine: Woman Chops Off Husband’s Penis in their Room And Feeds It To Dogs

A Ukranian woman has been charged with murder after she allegedly chopped off her husband’s penis and beheaded him. She aimed to put an end to years of domestic abuse, according to the police.

The suspect, known only as Maria, is believed to have fed her husband’s severed penis to dogs in the village of Obariv.

According to the MailOnline, 48-year-old Maria attacked her spouse Oleksandr, 49, in their bedroom after he came home from night shift work and fell asleep in the early hours of 23 August.

She strangled him to death with her bare hands before hacking his head off with an axe. Then she used a kitchen knife to chop off his genitals before passing it on to the dogs.

According to police, she said she was ‘constantly suffering physical and emotional abuse and did not see another option to end her misery’.

After attempting to cut her husband’s body into pieces, Maria fled the family house and was spotted by next door neighbour Nadezhda Opanasiuk.

Mrs Opanasiuk told local media: “Her hands, feet and clothes were in blood. She said, ‘I am in trouble. I’ve killed my husband’.

“I did not believe her. I thought they had a quarrel and she might have hit him. I went to see if he needed medical help. When I walked into the room, I saw his mutilated body. The bed sheets were soaked with blood.

“I asked her, ‘Where’s his head?’, and she replied, ‘There, in the sack’.”

Maria confessed to the murder at the scene, according to the police, and she told them all the details before she was arrested.

Police spokesman Vadim Artiukhovich told the MailOnline: “The suspect confessed in full at the scene. She was charged with murder and taken into custody.

“The woman said that she was constantly suffering physical and emotional abuse and did not see any other option to end her misery.

“Neighbours say they, in fact, saw the husband beating her up and chasing her with an axe a lot of times. However, the woman has never reported the incidents.”

Despite her allegations of domestic abuse, Maria’s son says he can’t forgive his mother. Viktor Fesianov explained to local media: “I know she is my mother. But I do not want to see her any more.”

The investigation is ongoing.
