Man arrested for dressing dog with President Mnangagwa shirt

ZIMBABWE – A man in Zimbabwe was accosted by irate ZANU PF supporters who took him to a police station after he was found walking with a dog “dressed” with a T-shirt bearing a picture of President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s face.

The villager was identified as Robson Chininga, of Chininga village, Mudhindo in Guruve.

He was seized from Mudhindo Growth Point and taken to a police station where he paid admission of guilt fine of $40 after he was charged with disorderly conduct. An unnamed police officer told NewsDay.

We fined Chininga after angry Zanu PF supporters brought him to our base, hence we charged him with disorderly conduct and he paid an admission of guilt fine of $40.
