A Kenyan Member of Parliament has strongly opposed men bearing the cost of women transportation.
Millie Odhiambo believes it is high time men stopped paying lorry fares for women.
She stated that women who wish to visit men should pay their own fares and vice versa.
According to Milie, it makes no sense for men to allow themselves to be used as ATMs and complain they are broke
Millie, who is also a lawyer by profession added that relationships should not be commercialized by either men or women.
“Why send them money, to begin with? She quizzed and continued “In an equal world, let everyone pay their fare. Pay fare to visit the man and let the man pay his fare to visit you.
