Malawi gospel ‘stars’ back on stage Sunday

Gospels fans have all the reason to smile as they have been accorded another opportunity to take to the dancing floor with the country’s gospel favourites this Sunday at Blantyre Cultural Centre (BCC).

BCC formerly French Cultural Centre (FCC) will host what has been dubbed as Post Easter Gospel Stars concert which has been organized by the Five Star Entertainment.

Some of the artists billed to perform include Ethel Kamwendo Banda, Allan Chirwa, Khama Khwiliro, Faith Mussa, Thoko Katimba, Favoured Martha, Limbani Simenti and Mau K.

“The aim of the show is to bring the gospel artists together and provide a platform for collaboration,” said one of the organizers.

Khwiliro will be coming back on stage after successfully launching a CD and DVD for his debut album, Nthawi yanga last Sunday at Robins Park in Blantyre which was graced by an impressive audience
