Reports reaching FaceofMalawi indicate that a Zimbabwean operated bus, traveling between Blantyre and Harare has been involved in an accident, 10 kilometers away from the Zimbabwean capital.
According to the reports, the incident happened at around 8 pm last night.
Immigration authorities at Mwanza border confirmed the accident, but denied to give details regarding casualties, saying they don’t have the information.
The bus, operated by Zupco, registration number SZ 0002, passed Mwanza through border at around 10 am on Tuesday.
Meanwhile unconfirmed reports indicate that there were 25 Malawians of the 42 people on board.
