LEADER OF NOTORIOUS THUGS ’11 BONGOS’ NETTED AGAIN IN LL

Leader of notorious thugs commonly known as ’11 bongos’ based in Area 36 in the capital Lilongwe has been rearrested.

Tiyese James was rearrested on Tuesday as he was trying to report to the High Court as one of the conditions.

His rearrests comes barely a week after the court in the capital sentenced members of the grouping for lengthy jail terms of between five and 17 years.

Lilongwe Police Publicist Kingsley Dandaula confirmed of the development in an interview with one of the local and privately owned radio [ZBS].

According to Dandaula, James was rearrested because of the continued reports that the grouping is still causing havoc in the surrounding Townships.

James, 22 hails from Kaondo Village, T/A Tsabango in Lilongwe.
