ERIC ANIVA DENIED BAIL, HIS ACCOMPLICE DISCHARGED

The Nsanje first grade magistrate court has discharged hyena Eric Aniva‘s accomplice, Theniford Jampa, as the state claim to have no substantial evidence to prove their case against him.
Jampa, 65, who hails from Nthole Village in the area of Chief Chimombo, was together with Aniva charged with harmful practices.
On Friday, when the two appeared before the court, the state prosecutor asked the court to discharge Jampa as currently they have no substantial evidence to prove their case against him.
Following that, Magistrate Anderson Masanjala ordered his Jampa’s reprieve.
However, Aniva who is infected with HIV and has over the past years been paid to sleep with young girls in Nsanje district, was arrested on President Peter Mutharika’s order has been denied even be given a bail.
