Nsanje hyena’s case resumes at Nsanje Magistrate Court

The Nsanje Magistrate Court has today started hearing a case involving Eric Aniva (Nsanje hyena) arrested two months ago for allegedly having sex with over 100 young girls.

The case has been on the stand still all this while due to the recusal of the presiding Magistrate Anderson Masanjala citing personal interest since he is from the same district.

Masanjala opted to be neutral on the case forcing the Judiciary to replace Masanjala with Principal Resident Magistrate Innocent Nedi.

Aniva together his two co-accused are answering the charge of administering harmful cultural practices.

During the previous court sitting, Aniva pleaded not guilty to the charge leveled against him.

Meanwhile Aniva is still in Police custody.
