Anti-corruption bureau has arrested the Judiciary spokesperson, Mlenga Mvula at his office at high court in Blantyre on allegations of corruption.

According to a statement by ACB,  Mvula is likely to be charged with obtaining money by false pretence which is contrary to section 319 of the penal code and misuse of public office contrary to section 25b(1) of the Corrupt Practices Act.

Mvula was also arrested together with Reverend Daniel Mhone of the United Methodist Church.
