Three Guards Nabbed for Stealing Farm Chemicals in Lilongwe

Police in Lilongwe are keeping in custody three people for stealing chemicals worth millions at Farmers Organization Limited in Capital Lilongwe.

Police spokesperson at Kanengo police station, Laban Makalani identified the three suspects as, Lucy Chadaimanda, a G4s guard, Adam Nkutila, a guard at Omega Security Company and his wife Stella Matola also a G4s guard.

Makalani said the three organized themselves to steal at Farmers Organization Lilmited in area 29, Kanengo industrial area.

Items worth K4.8 million which includes Cartons of Chlordane and also Novallete chemicals were discovered stolen on 7 July 2017.

They were apprehended following an investigation that the police conducted after the news was referred to them.
