Thugs Break into Nkhotakota Social Welfare Office

Police in Nkhotakota are on the search for unknown criminals who broke into Nkhotakota Social Welfare office and went away with two generators.

According to reports from police, the incident happened between the night of April 20-21, 2018.

The desk officer, Mr Osward Mwale told the police that the yet to be known criminals broke into the office through the main door and went away with two generators which are worth K545, 000.

The generators were on the following day found by one of the staffs.

Meanwhile, police in the district have launched an investigation that can lead to arrest of the culprits.
