Brenda Chombo- Banda to launch her firth album on June 2

One of the best female gospel artists Brenda Chombo- Banda is set to launch her firth CD album on June 2 at Mount soche Hotel in Blantyre at Njamba room from 7 PM.

Speaking in an interview Brenda Chombo – Banda said she has decided to launch her firth album after seven years absence to transform people’s lives, blessed and healed.

She said people who will patronize the show will not come the same way they came because they will be blessed, healed and their lives will be transformed saying her music has worship songs.

She said people at the launch will pay K15, 000 for the standards while for VIP fans will pay K20, 000 both dinner with 3course meal will be inclusive.

“The tittle of the album is favour with 10 tracks which include Moyo wanga, Shalom, Moria, I love you, Atate, Akapanda, Tubasumbule, Timuwonge and Mulengibukisha,” she said.

Brenda-Chombo- Banda said she took seven years without releasing the album because she was outside the town (Blantyre) as her husband who is a pastor of Living Waters Church (LWC) was transferred to Ntheu and Chikwawa on pastoring mission.

Peter Chasanga who is a project coordinator, Manager for Pemax and Entertainment Director said there will be a lot of supporting artists to spice the show but they will be two main supporting artists Eliza Mponya and Patience Namadingo.

“There will be guest artists like Asante Mkukupa-Banda from India and Jena Mtema from Zambia while others will come from USA and UK,” he said.

Brenda Chombo-Banda started her music career in 2003 after launching her first album Timuwonge which was recorded at Gomonda studio in Namiwawa Blantyre.

This firth album has best collections and was edited and produced at Creative works according to her.
