Cameroon’s Self-acclaimed Man of God says Paul Biya to die before October 7 elections

Guy Parfait Songue recently made another release on his page during which he asks President Paul Biya to step down, otherwise he will die before the elections are held on October 7th.

The so-called ” man of God ” says that President Paul Biya has no chance of reaching October 07, date of the presidential election in Cameroon.

Guy Parfait Songue adds that no one can ” help President Biya to escape death, not even the Grand Master of Malta, recently visiting Cameroon .”

Except that Paul Biya, the current head of state in power for 36 years is a candidate for his own succession for a seventh term in a row. Narrowing his neck to a rumor that had announced him for dead in 2004, we remember that Paul Biya had made an appointment to journalists for his funeral in 2024

Given the difficulty for opposition parties to unite and present a single candidate, there is every reason to believe that the CPDM candidate is on track to win the next presidential election. Knowing that Paul Biya also relies on the support of opponents like Me Jean de Dieu Momo or Mbanda Kani, the victory can still be at the rendezvous for the party of flames.
